By using AI Agent Marketplace (mikep.ai), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Products

We sell digital products including MCP servers, AI skills, and templates. All sales are final except as described in our refund policy. Products are licensed for personal or commercial use by the purchaser.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to track purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. You agree to pay all charges at the prices listed at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy. Contact mike@aicowboys.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All products, content, and branding on this site are owned by AI Cowboys LLC. Purchased products are licensed, not sold.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Agent Marketplace is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the amount you paid.
